This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the terms and conditions of use of the artificial intelligence voicemail application called "airesp” (hereinafter the “Software”), developed and provided by:
AIRESP SRLS, based in Terni (contact details at the bottom of the page)
The software allows for the automated management of incoming calls, voice interaction via artificial intelligence, appointment scheduling, emergency management, voice message recording, generation of transcripts and summaries, sending SMS messages, and management of the user's professional settings.
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA in full. If you do not agree to this EULA, you are not authorized to use the Software.
The Provider grants the User alimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licenseto use the Software solely for lawful personal or business purposes.
The User is prohibited from:
copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software;
circumvent any security systems, technical limitations, or protections of the Software;
use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
sublicense, distribute, or resell the Software;
use the Software to develop competing products;
interfere with the systems of third-party providers integrated into the Software.
The Software, including source code, algorithms, interfaces, designs, AI-generated content, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to the User remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
The Software includes, among others, the following features:
automated management of incoming calls;
voice interaction via AI virtual operator;
scheduling appointments via electronic diary access;
emergency management with immediate notification;
recording and storage of voice messages for 30 days;
generation of transcripts and summaries;
sending confirmation and reminder SMS;
management of the User's professional settings.
The Software uses third party services such asTwilio, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Make.com, Google Calendar.
You agree that the Software uses third party providers to manage:
calls and SMS (Twilio);
voice dialogue AI (Retell AI);
text-to-speech (ElevenLabs);
flow orchestration (Make.com);
electronic diary (Google Calendar).
The Supplier is not responsible for:
interruptions of third party services;
unilateral supplier changes;
malfunctions attributable to third-party services.
The User accepts the terms of service of third-party providers.
The Provider may release updates, patches, improvements, or modifications to the Software. The User agrees that:
updates can be installed automatically;
some features may be changed or removed;
The Supplier is not obligated to maintain previous versions.
The Supplier is not responsible for:
artificial intelligence errors;
misinterpretations of caller requests;
voice message contents;
appointments incorrectly scheduled by the caller;
damages resulting from incorrect configurations by the User;
data loss due to User devices;
disruptions caused by third-party providers;
improper use of the Software.
The Supplier's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.
The processing of personal data is governed by:
Privacy Policy;
DPIA;
Treatment Register;
DPA contracts with third party suppliers;
TIA Ratings.
The User declares to have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
This EULA is for an indefinite period.
The User can withdraw:
by uninstalling the Software;
requesting account deletion.
The Supplier may suspend or terminate the license in the event of:
violation of this EULA;
illicit or abusive use of the Software;
failure to pay fees;
security risk;
interruption of essential third-party services.
The Supplier may modify this EULA:
for regulatory compliance;
for technical updates;
for third-party supplier changes.
Changes will be communicated via the website or app.
Your continued use of the Software after the modification constitutes acceptance.
