These Terms of Service govern the use of the “Artificial Intelligence Answering Machine” application (hereinafter “Service”), which:
automatically handles the user's incoming calls;
communicates with the caller via an AI-based virtual operator;
accesses the user's electronic agenda to schedule appointments;
manages voice messages, transcripts and summaries;
send confirmation and reminder SMS;
uses third-party services for call management, voice, orchestration, and scheduling.
The Service is provided by:

By installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The caller (“interlocutor”) accepts the processing of personal data by continuing the conversation after the voice preamble:
“The artificial intelligence answering machine answers… by continuing the conversation you consent to the automated processing of your data in accordance with the information published on the website www.airesp.app.”
The Service:
Automatically receives incoming callswhen the user is engaged in a scheduled event or another conversation.
Talk to the callervia AI virtual operator, understanding requests and responses.
Manages professional appointments, suggesting availability and inserting events into the user's electronic agenda.
Manages emergencies, immediately notifying the user.
Record voice messages, keeps them for 30 days and makes them available to the user.
Generate transcripts and summariesof voice messages.
Send SMSappointment confirmation and reminder.
Notification of missed calls, emergencies and messagesvia the app panel.
The Service requires:
access to the electronic agenda (e.g. Google Calendar);
access to the address book (if authorized);
Internet connection;
enabling notifications;
use of third-party services indicated in art. 10.
The user is responsible for:
keep your credentials confidential;
configure the app settings correctly;
guarantee the veracity of the data entered;
use the Service in compliance with the law.
The Owner is not responsible for:
unauthorized access caused by user negligence;
incorrect calendar or address book configurations;
contents of voice messages left by callers.
You may not use the Service to:
illegal activities;
send abusive or fraudulent communications;
record conversations without informing the caller;
violate the privacy of others;
manipulate or alter the functioning of the AI;
interfere with third-party vendor systems.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to:
communicate with the caller;
interpret requests;
propose appointments;
summarize messages;
evaluate the reasons for the urgency.
AI may make errors in interpretation, transcription, or summary. You agree that:
automated decisions are an integral part of the Service;
AI does not replace human judgment;
The Owner is not responsible for AI errors unless due to gross negligence.
Voice messages:
can last up to 15 minutes;
they are kept for 30 days;
can be listened to, archived or deleted by the user;
can be transcribed and synthesized by AI.
You are responsible for your use of the content you receive.
The Service may:
propose availability based on the user's schedule;
enter appointments;
send confirmation and reminder SMS;
manage changes and cancellations.
The user is responsible for:
of the correctness of one's working hours;
of the professional information entered;
of managing customers after the first appointment.
The Service uses:
Twilio– call and SMS management
Retell AI– AI voice dialogue
ElevenLabs– speech synthesis
Make.com– flow orchestration
Google Calendar– agenda management
You agree to the terms of service of third-party providers.
The Owner is not responsible for:
malfunctions of third-party services;
network outages;
unilateral changes by suppliers.
The Owner is not responsible for:
damages resulting from improper use of the Service;
AI errors not attributable to gross negligence;
voice message contents;
appointments incorrectly scheduled by the caller;
disruptions caused by third-party providers;
data loss due to user devices.
The Owner's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.
The processing of personal data is governed by:

DPA contracts with third-party suppliers
You agree that the Service:
processes voice, text and technical data;
may transfer data outside the EU via third-party providers;
uses AI to process content.
The contract is permanent.
The user can withdraw:
uninstalling the app;
requesting account deletion.
The Owner may suspend or terminate the Service in the event of:
violation of the Terms;
abuse;
security risk;
interruption of third-party services.
The Owner may modify the Terms:
for regulatory compliance;
for technical updates;
for third-party supplier changes.
Changes will be communicated via the website or app.
